Next, add olive oil to the toasted cumin seeds and toss in the ginger, chilli, and garlic for an incredible aroma. Finally, spread sliced potatoes across the pan and season with turmeric for added flavor and color."

For a simple and tasty dipping sauce, mix yogurt with a dollop of tahini, a squeeze of lemon and fresh chopped coriander. Next, fry chopped onions in olive oil, then add chopped garlic and ginger, ground coriander, garam masala, turmeric, tomato puree and butter. Add the marinated chicken and all the remaining marinade and cook until the chicken is tender. Finally, top with coriander for added flavor. This dish can be prepared and cooked in just 20 minutes, making it a simple and stress-free way to keep old dishes fresh and exciting. Perfect to enjoy it spicy."
